Description

I used to have a crush on Rev Runner back when I used to watch Loonatics Unleashed. 
Typically I gravitate more towards the muscular characters, but for some reason, Rev was just WAAAAAAAAAAAY more attractive to me. XD
Maybe I liked his personality? idk.
Anyways, wasted some time last night cuz I couldn't sleep, came up with this. He don't look too bad with a bit of mass on him, haha.

that big package might make him popular with the ladies but the size makes them an easy target for villains to one hit KO him, hopefully his speed remains the same so he can dodge the attacks.
with such strong body and super speed he can easily defeat most villains.

i think that the show was good, some people liked to see the loons as heroes while others didnt like that they were much more serious.
